Luke Schmidt is the Co-Founder of PrimeHealth, where he’s on a mission to redefine what great healthcare actually feels like. He’s deeply passionate about helping people feel, perform, and live better through a personalized, comprehensive, and team-based approach to care.

Before launching PrimeHealth, Luke helped build innovative, tech-forward medical startups in New York City. He served as VP of Business Development at FriendHealth and Operations Manager at Parsley Health, collaborating with teams from leading healthcare institutions to design cutting-edge care models focused on better outcomes and a dramatically improved patient experience.

Luke’s passion for this work is personal. Through his own health journey, he experienced firsthand what’s possible when you take a whole-body, lifestyle-driven approach to medicine. The results weren’t just clinical, they were life-changing. More energy, better performance, and a deeper enjoyment of everyday life.

That experience is what ultimately led him to co-found PrimeHealth. His goal is simple: to help more people experience the kind of transformation that most don’t even realize is possible.
