Abby McPherson, MPH, PA-C, IFMCP
Abby McPherson is a distinguished board-certified Physician Associate and an adept Functional Medicine Provider. She has extensive experience from years in Primary Care, Allergy, and Immunology, where she has honed her skills and expertise. Abby’s foray into Functional Medicine is driven by a deep-seated quest to uncover the underlying causes of her patients’ symptoms, which go far beyond the capabilities of conventional medicine.
Abby attended the Institute of Functional Medicine, where she completed her Functional Medicine training, and has additional training in gut dysfunction and environmental health, and is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Prior to her medical training, she earned her bachelor’s in nutritional sciences.
Abby has enjoyed managing complex immunologic diseases, including allergic disorders, immune dysfunction and deficiency, and autoimmune disease. She is passionate about getting to the root of metabolic dysfunction and optimizing long-term health and longevity.
Her fascination with understanding our innate physiological functions and the power of our bodies to heal themselves led her to embrace a holistic approach to health. Beyond the world of Functional and Integrative Medicine, you’ll often find her immersed in the outdoors of Colorado or cooking up delicious meals at home.
