We will carefully analyze & interpret your comprehensive test results and thorough health history, including environmental, social, and genetic factors, to provide personalized recommendations for optimizing your health in the following areas:

After your Comprehensive Evaluation, you may take this new knowledge & personalized recommendations and implement them into your life on your own, or you can work with us to optimize your health alongside a dedicated care team. 

If you start a care plan after the evaluation, you’ll receive $500 off a 12-month or $250 off a 6-month program.
