Jenny Drevlow, RN, NC-BC

Jenny Drevlow is a Registered Nurse and board-certified Nurse Coach through the AHNCC. Jenny is passionate about personalized medicine and making a healthy, vibrant life attainable for her clients. Jenny believes the key to sustainable lifestyle changes is through small, incremental modifications and mitigating stress’s role in everyday life.

She learned the power of food as medicine through witnessing her mom and brother use Functional Medicine to heal from chronic health issues. Alongside Functional Medicine providers, Jenny has used Functional Medicine to ease her own ailments, such as Hashimoto’s and migraine.

Beyond nutrition and supplementation, Jenny learned to be honest with herself and acknowledge that stress was a significant barrier to healing.

Through self-care practices and mindfulness, she learned to listen to her body’s cues to accelerate healing in mind, body, and spirit.

As a nursing graduate from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, Jenny began her nursing career in the ICU. There, she saw the true impact of chronic disease and knew there had to be a better approach. Jenny completed her nurse coaching certification through The Nurse Coach Collective, where she leaned into her calling as a health coach.

The Nurse Coach Collective, where she leaned into her calling as a coach. Since then, she has brought coaching and mindfulness practices to her patients and families and launched her private coaching practice to help patients with autoimmunity and migraines to regain control of their lives.

Jenny is a first-time mom to an energetic little boy. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, DIY projects, and spending time in nature through hiking, gardening, and camping with her husband and toddler. Jenny acknowledges the interconnectedness between human and planetary health and strives daily to teach her son to be a steward of the environment.
